• We ship to the address provided at checkout.
• Aesthetically Yours is not responsible for re-shipping fees due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Methods

• You choose the carrier and shipping method.
• Tracking numbers are provided once your order is shipped. Make sure to have a valid email address upon checkout, that’s where the tracking will be sent.

 

Order Processing Time

• Orders placed between Monday and Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day.
• Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays are shipped the following Monday.

 

Shipping Costs

• Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
• Free shipping for Continental US orders over $75 (excludes large/heavy items).
• Hawaii, Alaska, non-continental US territories, and international orders are subject to additional charges and do not qualify for free shipping.

 

Weekend and Holiday Shipping

• Orders placed on weekends or Federal holidays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve) are processed on the next business day.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• File claims with Route insurance or the carrier for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
• Aesthetically Yours is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns of unopened, resealable products are accepted within 30 days of receiving the package.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items with opened packaging. 

 

Return Process

• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

 

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Once your return is received and accepted, you may choose a new item, request store credit, or receive a full refund.
